Young and old alike enjoyed Saturday morning, June 14 canvassing areas around Medina County in the sharing of God's love through 'Random Acts of Kindness'. The group from St. Paul's distributed flowers at senior living centers and handed out water bottles at the square in Medina. Also, visits were made to Medina General Hospital, Home Depot, a construction site and car wash. As Deaconess Marla simply but eloquently stated, "God's love is a free gift, with no strings attached".

Several St. Paul families hosted six Japanese high school students and three adult counselors this summer during a mission trip to the United States. They came to Ohio to participate in the Work Camp of Hope along with over 300 other students from around the country. Their work centered on rehabilitation projects to homes in the Zanesville area. Projects included painting, construction of wheel chair ramps and porch improvements. St. Paul worshipers were able to enjoy the English / Japanese music medley the group prepared on two separate Sundays. We thank God for their mission of service and the new friendships that developed from their stay with us!
